Eleda Tech’s software platforms and enterprise databases adhere strictly to African sovereign hosting guidelines. Your data remains stored within designated African cloud and on-premise infrastructure under local legal jurisdiction.
2. Contact & Inquiry Data Collection
When you submit an inquiry through our Contact or Careers forms, we collect your name, organization, email, telephone number, sector selection, and challenge details solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
3. Applicant & Candidate Data
Curriculum vitae (CV) submissions uploaded via our Careers portal are accessed exclusively by authorized HR and engineering leadership for recruitment evaluation. Allowed file formats include .pdf, .doc, and .docx up to 10 MB.
4. Analytics & Cookies
We restrict web analytics to essential aggregate metrics. We do not track personal identifyable information across third-party networks.
